Expertek provides Tipton County businesses with On-Site Service for a Flat-Rate Drive Charge based on how far you are from us (click for map). A one hour minimum will apply.

If a system needs to be taken to the shop for additional support that is unavailable on-site, the tech will inform you and a receipt for the machine will be issued. 

For our existing customers, Expertek offers FREE* technical support as a courtesy to you. This means that if you have a simple question, pick up the phone and call. If we can resolve it for you in less than 5 minutes, there will be no charge, and a thanks for doing business with Expertek!

For new customers, we provide the same service with a 
strong request to refer your friends and family to us!!

If the situation requires involves extended troubleshooting or a walk thru of a lengthy procedure, you will be notified immediately, and asked how you would like to handle the situation.

Of course, there is no contract required to receive any of the benefits outlined above. However, Expertek does offer maintenance and support contracts on all new systems & components purchased from us, as well as contracts on any existing equipment you own, where we feel qualified/experienced enough and where the equipment in question is in a maintainable/supportable state. Our contracts are a bit different from other companies, we discount for greater hours consumed.

In some cases we may offer a flat rate for any service provided and that will be negotiated at the time that service is arranged.

In the event of an OUTAGE, (ie. - "I need to have this running NOW!"), and we must interrupt service with another client in order to handle your outage (stand-alone equipment or network device DOWN), or if you request after hours/weekend service,  The EMERGENCY Rate will be in effect and you can expect a 2 hour response time.
